It’s widely known that stress, usually caused by one of the three main negative emotions – fear, anger or sadness – can lead to a wide range of physical symptoms and illnesses. By releasing any such damaging emotions, you can de-stress your mind and, also, heal your body.

Some life-long issues or very traumatic events may require more than one session to help bring about permanent change and relief.

Along with negative emotions come limiting beliefs about ourselves that do not serve us well, such as, “I’m not good enough…”, “I don’t deserve….”, “I’m too fat”,  “I’m a loser”,  I’m not good enough”, and so on.

Of course, none of these beliefs are actually true. We only perceive them as true and when we believe them, we are creating a self-fulfilling – and self-limiting – outcome for ourselves. When we eliminate these beliefs or decisions, we have much more freedom to make positive choices for ourselves.

Your subconscious mind always does what it thinks you want it to do. So we give it clear, meaningful, instructions about what we choose to believe now. Beliefs that free and empower you and that have an all-pervasive, permanent, positive impact on all areas of your life FOREVER.

How are the sessions conducted?

Location depending, I coach my clients to success either face-to-face, or virtually via Zoom. In fact, 90% of my coaching work is online. Some have asked if coaching is as effective online, or virtually, or by phone, as opposed to in-person.

The answer is… YES! At the hands of a qualified coach, coaching is just as effective when using video-conferencing software (such as Zoom) or the phone. The best bit of working like this is that because you are in your own home or office, or wherever you feel safe, you will be even more relaxed and comfortable, meaning that our sessions will work faster and more effectively than anything you may have tried before

Am I awake?

Yes. Rapid Transformational Therapy / Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system. You don’t actually go to sleep. You are fully aware and dropped in to a deeper level of yourself. You are in charge.

Do you do regression?

Taking you back to the Root Cause of your issue is an essential component of RTT. Through hypnosis, you observe experiences of your past and draw a new understanding. Understanding is Power and Freedom – Part of the power of regression is to give YOU the understanding and knowledge to free yourself of old outdated beliefs. Understanding in hypnosis is the most liberating, transformational power.

How long does it take?

An RTT session lasts between 90-120 minutes. It is for that reason that every RTT session is booked as 2 hours.

How many sessions will I need?

RTT and hypnosis provide direct access to the reasons you feel how you feel. We are not wasting time talking about what your conscious mind thinks may be the cause. Your subconscious mind already holds the answers.

Through the answers, you gain a new understanding, from a place of non-judgement. This allows you mind to let go for good. Then we are able to reprogramme and upgrade your mind with the beliefs that empower you.

The number of sessions will vary, based on your personal requirements. Unfortunately I cannot promise your specific issues will be resolved in a single sessio,n however that is something we can establish after a chat! Some issues can take more than one session.

How will I feel after a session?

Everyone is different. You may feel extremely happy and excited, lighter, relieved and free. You may find yourself very tired and sleep. It is possible to find yourself in a reflective mood.

It’s not uncommon to remember more and have additional insights that apply to the issue you worked on.

Is it all confidential?

Yes. Absolutely.
